I understand that to process my application for the Interior Design Internship, the ID program faculty has the right to review my entire academic record and the work submitted by me for evaluation. By submitting this application, I certify that the information provided is complete, accurate and true and agree to abide by the policies and regulations of Texas State University and the School of Family & Consumer Sciences.
I recognize that my application will not be considered unless complete and I certify that the work submitted is my own, original effort and creation. I also understand the definitions of plagiarism and collusion (listed below) to be the standard against which I am held as a member of this academic community:
